With all the different SaaS platforms and strategies available, it can get overwhelming when it’s time to choose: do we need an LMS? Can we build an internal knowledge base? What’s the best way to train customers? I’ll fully audit your existing content library and upcoming needs, introduce you to recommended vendors, build your business case for the C-level, and project-manage the purchase, implementation, and launch. You’ll also receive a custom workflow plan to ensure content is consistently updated once our engagement ends.
